Project Phase:
The main compositional element of the residential complex is a tower provided with an intricate grid of facade elements, which, together with the surrounding landscape, creates a multifaceted image on each side. In addition to the residential areas, a shopping center with commercial rows and a cinema for the local residents are also included.
