Project Phase:
At work on volumetric and spatial solutions, the scale of buildings located along the street was taken into consideration. The stepped structure of the volume of the residential complex supports the high-rise lines along the street, complementing the ensemble and creating a comfortable visual environment for pedestrians. Sections with increased height form a memorable image of the residential complex and are clearly expressed as high-rise dominant. They have active vertical dynamics, emphasized by facade solutions.
