Project Phase:
The concept is built around the creation of volumes that are equal in mass, but different in geometry, material, color. Plastic facades help to avoid monotony in multi-storey construction. Complex geometry is complemented by a material difference: glossy and matte textures. Rhythm / meter is used in the shaping of facades, which is reflected in the cells of the windows.
