The main goal was to adapt the blocks to human scale, creating a green environment inside the courtyard and accentuating the facades to the south. Also, one of the most important factors in finding the correct orientation of the blocks was the insolation calculation, which helped create the most favorable environment.

Project Phase:
The site has a main axis, which divides the masterplan into two halves. Mirrored residential blocks form multifunctional yard spaces, saturated with a variety of sites. The heart of the complex is a park that connects to an educational facility. The main street includes a carriageway and a green boulevard that distributes transit flows. The advantage of the complex is a high percentage of landscaping and functional diversity from commercial to healthcare.
