The site planning addresses experiential, ecological and operational aspects while allocating building components. The site infrastructure and the building typologies are carefully integrated with the existing topography to minimize the impact on nature as well as the project costs. Panoramic views of the mountains, the ski slopes and the weather are the primary determining factors for the locations of the resort components to enhance the guest experience.
