Project Phase:
The relationship between the site and the riverside served as inspiration for a concept that would link the project to the surrounding context and generate the plasticity of the facade.
Project concept

The shape of the building emerged from the site itself. The waves of the river surface are replicated in the form of curved lines, forming the unique shape of the building.
As part of a complex of works on the improvement of the territory, the organization of pedestrian sidewalks (allowing for emergency vehicles' access), as well as playgrounds and recreation, jogging paths, lawns, landscaping, planting trees and shrubs, placement of small architectural forms, and basic and decorative lighting is provided.
